These Terms do NOT cover the Undercurrent SaaS platform, which is operated separately by Clover IT Solutions of the Upstate, LLC and has its own End User License Agreement and Terms of Use at theundercurrentapp.com/terms.
1. What this site is
This site is the corporate and publication surface of Undercurrent Research Labs, Inc., an independent research lab studying institutional behavior under load. It publishes a working corpus of papers developing the methodology of Institutional Behavioral Analysis. The site also describes the Undercurrent SaaS platform, which operationalizes the research, and links out to that product's separate corporate site.

3. The methodology
Institutional Behavioral Analysis is the analytical methodology developed and published by the Company. The published articulations of the methodology — in the working papers, the forthcoming monograph, and the explainer content on this site — are the Company's intellectual property.
Practitioners are welcome to read, understand, and apply the analytical framework in their own work. The methodology is published precisely so that the field can engage with it. What we reserve is the right to be cited as the source of the framework, and the right to control commercial productizations of the methodology under our own name.
